Speaker A: Right, guys? So we are here with Prolux remodeling and Hunter Lyles, contractor and co owner. Hunter, tell us a little bit about Prolux and what you guys do.
Speaker B: Wow, thank you. Well, originally I'm from Lancaster, South Carolina, and I've been a licensed contractor for over 30 years. So the difference is, unlike most remodeling and flooring companies, we have two large showrooms, full size kitchens and bath displays, and we have over 1000 flooring options to choose from.
Speaker C: Perfect. So, Hunter, the showroom looks great. Tell us what people are saying about your unique approach to remodeling.
Speaker B: Well, our focus is to guide homeowners through the remodeling of their kitchen or bathroom and to install new floorings in their home. I've never even had a four star, which is kind of unusual because it's hard to keep everybody happy, but we work so hard to make that happen, so people are loving us and talking great about us. Speaker C: Perfect. Can you tell us what makes Prolux remodeling different than other remodeling contractors?
Speaker B: Well, we absolutely put the customer at first base. We're always looking of how to make sure they get what they want and how to accomplish that with as little headaches as possible. And will and austin and AndY and all the whole team, michael, everybody, we're here to help you and facilitate your needs. So when you get in the door, we'll start with SOME simple questions and walk you around and sort of Give you the tour. Then we'll be able to make decisions, what you like and what you need for your particular imagined dream. And then we're going to help you fulfill that dream. We can set up an in store, I mean an in home measure, so that we can get eyes on your project and take all the detailed measuremeNts. So then we can create a 3d panoramic design to show you exactly what it's going to look like. This way, you know what the new kitchen or bath is going to be, or the new flooring is going to look like. It gives you confidence in your choices and comfort in knowing you, getting exactly what you want.
Speaker C: Oh, perfect. That sounds fantastic. So tell us what you guys mean by client centric remodeling experience.
Speaker B: Well, a lot of companies think this is about them, and they think, well, we're the best, or we're the right answer for your problem and we're the solution. But really they get too self focused and we really do pay attention to what the customer's needs are, so we put them first in every aspect. Sometimes I've heard people make, and I hate to knock anybody complaints, they say, hey, the other guy told me he was going to be here on Wednesday. He didn't show up until the following week. Or they get disappointed because of not being able to reach the person that they're supposed to be being helped by at another company. Our company doesn't allow that to happen. We're very quick to get back to you to answer your questions. There's always going to be a little something that comes up in a construction project that's a pretty large scale, but we take care of it and you sometimes don't even know it happened. We keep your headaches to zero. We make sure they're our headaches, and then we take care of it and fix everything. So that's the difference in being customer centric versus being self centric. So we really put that first on our plate for sure.

So the real secret to the sauce, if you will, is making sure that everything runs smoothly.
